Mr. Donayre is a Portfolio Manager for a Zephyr marketable securities fund and is the founding partner of INCA Investments. From 1996-2003, he was employed by Zephyr Management and has been a portfolio manager since February 1997. Prior to joining Zephyr in 1996, he was head of research at Globalvest Management Corp., the largest Latin American specialist manager in the world. He received an Accounting degree with a certificate in Latin American Studies and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is also a holder of CPA and CFA charters.
